Santa's Mailbox

Friday, November 25 – Thursday, December 15

Santa has a special mailbox inside Fountain Square that allows children to mail their hand-written wish lists to the big man himself. The letters are picked up by Santa’s mail-delivery elves from Friday, November 25 – Thursday, December 15 (final mail delivery day ends at 4pm), and taken directly to him to be read one by one. After reading each letter, Santa personally sends a response letter to each child’s address. 

*** Parents – please ensure the letter’s return address is written clearly in the top left corner of the envelope.***

Santa’s Mailbox is inside Fountain Square’s Main Atrium, near the yellow staircase, and is accessible during Fountain Square hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm
Saturday 9:00am – 8:00pm
Sunday Noon – 7:00pm
