FOUNTAIN SQUARE GALLERIES
Five Exhibit Spaces
The galleries at Fountain Square Bloomington were formed in a public-private partnership between CFC Properties, Cook Group’s real estate development and property management company that manages Fountain Square Bloomington, and the City of Bloomington to provide additional exhibit spaces for local and national artists to display their work in downtown Bloomington.
Collectively, Fountain Square Bloomington offers five exhibit spaces: one in the main atrium
and four in the two-story fountain area. The primary entrance to Fountain Square Bloomington that leads into the main atrium is located on Kirkwood Avenue. The two upper-level spaces are visible from the main atrium overlook just north of the glass elevator. Whereas the two ground-level spaces can be viewed up close on the lower level, accessible using the glass elevator in the main atrium or using the Walnut Street entrance on the lower level.
All exhibit spaces are free and accessible during Fountain Square Bloomington’s building
hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 8pm, and Sunday 12pm – 7pm.
The Fountain Square Gallery Committee, comprised of respectable individuals within the Bloomington arts community, oversee the gallery spaces and the artwork selection process. Fountain Square Bloomington exhibitions are coordinated by the Fountain Square Bloomington Gallery Committee in partnership with the City of Bloomington.
