FSB Galler Wall
Fountain Square’s Main Atrium
The Fountain Square Bloomington [FSB] Gallery Wall was designated in September 2018 as part of Fountain Square Bloomington’s 30th renovation milestone anniversary. In 2022, CFC Properties and the City of Bloomington formed a public-private partnership to provide additional exhibit spaces in downtown Bloomington, which allowed the FSB Gallery Wall to be part of the same initiative that launched in 2023.
The FS Gallery Wall displays creative pieces by local and national artists. This particular gallery rotates artwork every quarter, overlapping dates with the First Friday Gallery Walks.
Free and accessible during Fountain Square’s building hours, the FS Gallery Wall is located in the main atrium, just south of the west retail wing, across from the yellow staircase. Fountain Square’s primary entrance, off Kirkwood Avenue, leads directly into the main atrium. Also viewable from the main atrium’s overlook are the Fountain Gallery Upper-Level Walls.
The Fountain Square Gallery Committee, comprised of respectable individuals within the Bloomington arts community, oversees the FS Gallery Wall and the artwork selection process. Fountain Square exhibitions are coordinated by the Fountain Square Gallery Committee in partnership with the City of Bloomington.
Inquiries regarding future exhibitions may be directed to Holly Warren, Assistant Director for the Arts, in the City of Bloomington’s Department of Economic and Sustainable Development, by email.
